Ambassadors’ Report

My goal is to spread information about the need for global harmonization of food safety laws to key stakeholders in Uganda and also to liaise with my Ambassador colleagues in other East African countries. I have already started engaging food processing professionals in Uganda about this salient issue.

View GHI Matters issues

To enhance the visibility of GHI’s activities and to communicate more consistently with our members and all those interested in our work, GHI has established a collaboration with the African Journal of Food, Agriculture, Nutrition and Development (AJFAND) Beginning with the April 2021 issue, the GHI newsletter “GHI Matters” is published within AJFAND. We also warmly invite everyone to submit articles related to food safety and food security to this Open Access journal. Accepted articles after rigorous peer review are published upon payment of a modest fee that supports the journal’s operations.
